Method & Retention
Your form details are sent through a WhatsApp message initiated by you. This website does not collect or store this data on its own servers. Once contact is made via WhatsApp, the conversation is retained until your request is resolved.
Legal Basis & Transfer
Your data is processed on the legitimate-interest legal ground under Art. 5/2(f) of the KVKK, in order to respond to your request. When WhatsApp is used, your data may be transferred to the service provider Meta Platforms Inc. (abroad).
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data. You may reach us through our contact channels for any such requests.
